1 can of artichoke hearts chopped & dried
2 cups of spinach chopped & dried
2 boxes cream cheese
1/2 cup sour cream
1/4 cup parmesan 
1/3 cup mozzarella 
2 tbs chopped garlic
2 tsp red pepper
1 tsp paprika
mix ingredients well and put in oiled cast iron
sprinkle extra mozzarella and red pepper flakes on top 
cook at 400 for 15/20 min then broil until top is golden brown
serve with toasted bread
